What is Kundalini Yoga?
Kundalini is the hidden force that exists in Human beings. In other words, a latent force in human beings or an energy that is asleep at the root of our spines, it awakens and courses through our body’s centers and chakras, cleansing us from all negativity, stress, anxiety, and depression. Kundalini yoga is a practice through various physical postures, breathing exercises, mantra chanting, pranayama, and philosophy, arousing the said energy toward spiritual enlightenment or self-realization.

How is Kundalini different?

Accomodation
Rishikesh is situated at the Gate of Himalayas where many yogis have meditated over years. At Hatha Yogashram, we offer our yogis to live a life of minimal and comfortable stay. Luxury is when we have the most comfortable home with good amenities and are surrounded by nature. We offer private rooms and shared room accommodation with a separate balcony with a view of the mountains.

RULES & REFUND POLICY
- PREREQUISITES
Meat, fish, eggs, black tea, coffee, alcohol, tobacco, drugs and nudity are prohibited during the course as they are counterproductive to the yoga practice. Participants who do not comply with the school rules may be dismissed from the course.
- RULES FOR STUDENTS
Clear your books of account before departure from Hatha Yogashram. Before departure return your books, maps or any goods which you borrowed. Hatha Yogashram provides accommodation for a student who joins the yoga course. So any friends or relatives will not be included in accommodation however they can stay in school by renting another room. The student has to be present in all scheduled programs of Hatha Yogashram.
- REFUND POLICY
If a student cancels the course after joining it, we accept cancellation but course fees will not be refunded in cancellation. There is no charge of course cancellation.
